Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Operations Associates to join our Chat

Support team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills,

strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple customer conversations

simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate customer support through live chat.
• Resolve customer queries while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain excellent response time and quality standards.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Adhere to defined SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in an International or Domestic Chat Support

process.

• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong comprehension and grammar.
• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Employment terms

• 24 hrs rotational shift
• 6 days working - 1 day week off
• 3 shifts (5:30, 13:30 and 21:30)

Pay

₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
