Job Description

HyperBridge | The Reel Factory is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visual Communication fresher with a basic understanding of camera operations, video production, content creation, and video editing. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience by working closely with our production team, participating in outdoor shoots, and contributing to real-time creative projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the production team during indoor and outdoor shoots.

Support camera operations, framing, shot composition, and basic lighting setups.

Assist in creating engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

Perform basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.

Coordinate with the production and creative teams for smooth shoot execution.

Travel with the production team for outdoor shoots as required.

Organize and manage raw footage and assist with post-production activities.

Stay updated with current video content trends and creative formats.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of cameras, lenses, framing, and lighting.

Basic editing knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.

An understanding of content creation, video production, and social media trends.

Creativity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to travel for outdoor shoots.
