About the Role

We are looking for motivated MBA candidates specializing in Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields. This 6-month internship provides hands-on experience in business operations, data analysis, process optimization, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Support business planning, operational coordination, and process optimization.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in performance analysis.

Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and improve workflows.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

MBA students or recent graduates specializing in Operations, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.

Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is an advantage.

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Internship Details

Duration

6 months

Stipend

₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, depending on interview performance.

Work Mode

Hybrid (for the time being).

Location

Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Full-Time Career Opportunity

Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time position with an annual salary package of ₹3 LPA–₹5 LPA. Conversion will depend on performance, skills, ownership, and overall suitability.
