Core Roles and Responsibilities :-

Site Execution & Installation

Supervise the installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical power distribution, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.

Ensure all work strictly follows approved construction drawings, project specifications, and industry standards.

Multidisciplinary Coordination

Coordinate daily site activities with civil contractors, architects, structural engineers, and other trade teams to prevent clashes or delays.

Resolve spatial and technical site conflicts (often using BIM or coordination drawings) before installation.

Subcontractor & Vendor Management

Guide and monitor MEP subcontractors, technicians, and site supervisors.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials to the site.

Quality Control & Inspections

Conduct regular on-site inspections of materials and workmanship.

Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) to consultants and clients for completed work milestones.

Testing & Commissioning (T&C)

Assist in pressure testing, electrical load testing, equipment startup, and the final commissioning of MEP systems.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Enforce site safety rules, permit-to-work systems, and company HSE policies for all MEP personnel.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site progress reports, record-of-work logs, and track material/site variations.

Support the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.

Key Requirements

Education

Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.

Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret MEP shop drawings, understanding of local building codes, and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD or Revit.

Experience: Generally ranges from entry-level to 3+ years of hands-on site experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
