Available from Poonamallee and Sriperumpudhur routes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently.

Monitor production processes and maintain strict quality standards.

Perform routine product inspections and report any issues.

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines strictly.

Maintain cleanliness and implement 5S practices in the work area.

Assist in troubleshooting minor machine technical issues.

Keep accurate production logs and documentation records.

Coordinate effectively with the team to achieve daily manufacturing targets.

Working Conditions

Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing plant layout.

Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts (Day & Night).

Continuous exposure to operational machinery and industrial noise.

Additional Terms

Uniform: 2 T-Shirts will be provided by PHIR at a total cost of Rs. 200/- (amount will be deducted only if the employee leaves before completing 6 months).

Safety Shoes

Candidates can arrange their own. If provided by PHIR, Rs. 990/- will be deducted.
