Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and configuring HRMS software based on client requirements.

Understand HR processes such as employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HRMS modules.

Gather client requirements and support the configuration of HRMS modules accordingly.

Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure accurate implementation.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.

Provide basic product training and support to clients during onboarding.

Troubleshoot basic functional issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.

Prepare implementation documents and maintain project records.

Requirements

A degree in B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech IT, or a relevant field.

Basic understanding of software applications and IT concepts.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn new technologies and understand product functionalities.

Internship experience in software implementation, testing, or technical support will be an added advantage.

Freshers with a positive attitude and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
