Quality Executive
Auditing & Inspections: Conduct regular internal audits, floor checks, process evaluations, or call/batch reviews to verify compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Non-Conformance & CAPA Management: Identify defects, log non-conformances, investigate root causes, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to closure.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate quality logs, inspection checklists, audit trails, and compliance reports for management review.
- Data & KPI Analysis
- Analyze quality metrics, track error trends, and prepare statistical reports to spot recurring problem areas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, R&D, maintenance, or customer support teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Training & Compliance
- Train operational staff on quality culture, hygiene, safety protocols, and updated regulatory standards.
