Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails (RoR) & AWS Developer with strong expertise in backend development, cloud infrastructure, containerization, automated testing, and database management.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development.

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Experience with Docker and containerized applications.

Proficiency in RSpec for automated testing and test-driven development.

Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Experience with at least one frontend technology: React.js or Angular.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.

Deploy and maintain applications on AWS.

Containerize applications using Docker.

Write and maintain automated test cases using RSpec.

Develop and optimize SQL queries and database operations.

Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams.

Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability, and code quality.

Work Requirements

Approximately 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Willingness to work from the Bangalore office 3 days per week.

Comfortable with a 6-month contract engagement.
