Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing and evaluating partner organisations and monitoring the performance of existing partners.
- Contribute to the development of underwriting standards for the selection of partners.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare clear and crisp credit notes/documents, working together with senior colleagues.
- Present risk opinion to credit committee and assist with onboarding of partner organisations.
- Ongoing monitoring of Kaleidofin partner organisations.
- The candidate will be suitably well versed with the appropriate information security responsibilities for the role and is responsible for adhering to them.
Requirements
- Work experience of 1-3 years in a similar role at a Bank and/ or NBFC.
- Ability to write clear and coherent reports in English.
- Financial analysis skills and quick to understand numbers and trends.
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Teamwork and collaborative approach.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and any other Indian language(s).
