Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the TA team in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per hiring requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and documentation.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Help with bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring activities.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail while handling candidate data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
