About this job
Key Responsibilities
- Costing [ZBC], quote analysis, making costing & negotiation strategies and negotiation with suppliers.
- Teardown & functional analysis, cost estimation, part level benchmarking and techno-commercial comparison, analysis of following [Wiring Harness [ LV/HV], Lamps, HVAC, Controllers, Wiping System, High Voltage compressor, ADAS, Sensors etc.]
- Vehicle Cost Analysis, P&L understanding, and preparation etc.
- Components vis-à-vis competitor vehicle parts
- Generation of innovative value enhancement & design to cost proposal.
- Techno commercial knowledge of
- [[ Wiring Harness [ LV/HV], Lamps, HVAC, Controllers, Wiping System, High Voltage compressor, ADAS, Sensors etc.]
- Should be a self-initiator, team player and passionate about analysis and design intent.
- Should be able in generation of cost/weight reduction & new technology ideas.
- Should be having excellent communication skills [Verbal/Written/Reports etc.]
- Microsoft power BI will be added advantage

- Thorough technical as well commercial knowledge of all aspects of all automotive /Electrical systems/subsystems/parts.
- Plan and schedule activities in advance.
- Ability to communicate with Peers/Vendors/Machine Makers etc.
- Positive attitude with willingness to undertake new initiatives.
