IT Executive

Job Overview

We are looking

for an IT Executive to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, provide

technical support, ensure IT security, and implement technology

solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain

IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks.

Provide technical support

and resolve employee

IT issues.

Implement and monitor

IT security measures.

Identify technology requirements and coordinate with different departments.

Manage software and hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain

IT policies and procedures.

Conduct training for employees on new technologies and systems.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related

field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in

IT support or management.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco,

or Microsoft are

an advantage.

Strong knowledge of network management and IT security.

Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting and cloud

services.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, in a team,

and under pressure.
