Roles & Responsibilities

• Schematic capture, PCB layout

• Design proof of concepts through circuit simulations or/and rapid prototyping.

• uphold hardware design standards and methodologies considering power efficient, robust and reliable hardware solutions

• Design calculations, analyze, test and validate embedded electronics circuits

• Documentation of design specifications and implementation details.

• Collaborating with firmware engineers to develop and test hardware modules

• Collaborating with harness engineers to design, develop and test hardware modules

• Design for Manufacturing by collaborating with the manufacturing team

• Collaborating for business development and certification activities

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in selection of microcontrollers / microprocessors

• Hands-on experience in integration of microcontrollers/microprocessors with Interfaces such as I2C, CAN, SPI, RS485, Ethernet is required

• Hands-on experience in designing analog and digital electronic circuit design.

• Should have thorough understanding of semiconductor components such as power MOSFETs IGBTS,etc

• Basic understanding of different types of permanent magnet motors such as BLDC,etc.,

• Proficiency in PCB design tools such as ORCAD, Eagle, Altium

• Basic understanding of technical and regulatory standards for EMI/EMC

• Good hardware troubleshooting skills.

• Able to support/debug system integration

Good to Have

• EMI/EMC Certification

• PCB Layout knowledge

• Strong communication skills both oral and written at technical level

• Good documentation and presentation skills

Eligible candidates

• Desired Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable degree

• Work Experience: 2+ Years
