STORE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain proper inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed.
• Issue materials/products based on internal requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records of stock in software and/or physical registers.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and preservation of materials.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the store area.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.
• Handle documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, delivery challans, etc.
