About TakeOnBnB

TakeOnBnB is a property listing and management platform that helps property owners grow their business through online listings, booking management, guest communication, pricing optimization, and marketing support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with property owners, generate leads, explain our services, and schedule meetings with potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to villa owners, homestay owners, hotel owners, and resort managers.
• Identify potential clients interested in property listing and booking management services.
• Explain TakeOnBnB’s services, benefits, and business model to property owners.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested property owners through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development Team.
• Collect basic property information, including property name, location, room count, and contact details.
• Maintain daily call reports, follow-up records, and lead status updates.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team to convert leads into clients.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
• Hindi communication skills are essential; basic English is preferred.
