Job Description

Indira Kunj Ruby Stone Hotel, Restaurant \& Banquet is looking for a hardworking, sincere, and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA (Guest Service Associate) to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Ensure proper bed-making, linen changes, dusting, and replenishment of guest amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness in restaurant and banquet areas as assigned.
• Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests and supervisors.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality establishment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Good attitude, punctuality, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work morning-to-evening shifts as per the duty roster.
• Candidates living within 5–25 km of the hotel are preferred.
