About the Role

Indira Kunj Ruby Stone Hotel, Restaurant \& Banquet is looking for a dedicated and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and common areas.
• Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, cleaning materials, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the front office, maintenance, and banquet teams.
• Ensure timely cleaning and preparation of rooms and banquet areas.
• Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel hygiene protocols.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, and operational records.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and inventory control.
• Ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, punctual, organized, and guest-focused.
• Candidates residing within 5–25 km of the hotel are strongly preferred.
