About this job
- Role: Deliver new-hire batch training, assess learning performance, and conduct refresher sessions to drive team operational readiness.
- Key Tasks: Batch execution (NHT), daily assessments, throughput tracking, floor support, and PKT (Product Knowledge Test) audits.
- Requirements: 1+ yr BPO Trainer experience, excellent presentation skills, and strong process knowledge.

- ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
