Job Responsibilities

. Production Supervision

• Supervise daily production activities as per the plan.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Monitor work progress and address operational issues on the shop floor.

. Manpower Management

• Allocate work to operators and workers as per production requirements.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of workers.
• Ensure proper shift handover and workforce utilization.. Process Compliance
• Guide workers on correct methods of operation.

. Material Handling

• Ensure availability of required materials at the production line.
• Coordinate with Stores for timely material issuance.
• Monitor proper usage and minimize wastage.

. Machine \& Equipment Handling

• Report any breakdowns or issues to maintenance team.
• Support basic troubleshooting at shop-floor level.

. Safety \& Housekeeping

• Enforce safety rules and use of PPE among workers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization as per 5S standards.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or practices.. Documentation \& Reporting
• Maintain shift reports, production logs, and checklists.
• Report production status, issues, and deviations to higher management.
• Ensure proper record keeping for audit and review purposes.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
