• Candidate Sourcing: Search and shortlist candidates according to job requirements, qualifications and experience. 4. Pharma Recruitment: Recruit candidates for positions such as: Production Chemist / Production Manager QC Executive / QC Manager QA Executive / QA Manager Warehouse Executive / Warehouse Manager Engineering and Maintenance Regulatory Affairs (RA) Microbiology and R\&D Plant Head and other senior-level positions 5. Screening and Interview Coordination: Review CVs, conduct initial HR screening and arrange technical or face-to-face interviews with department heads. 6. Salary Negotiation: Discuss salary expectations, CTC, notice period, joining date and other employment terms. 7. Documentation: Collect resumes, educational certificates, experience letters, identity documents and other required joining documents. 8. Offer Letter Management: Coordi
