Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors during clinical procedures, and ensure smooth nursing operations at the IVF centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide necessary pre- and post-procedure care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper infection control, hygiene, and sterilization of medical equipment.
• Maintain adequate stock of medical supplies and nursing materials.
• Counsel patients regarding treatment procedures and provide emotional support.
• Coordinate with doctors and other staff members for smooth patient management.
• Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical guidelines.

Educational Qualification

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.

Experience

• Relevant nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare centre preferred.
• Experience in IVF, fertility, or gynecology will be an added advantage.
• Freshers may also apply, depending on the centre’s requirements.

Pay

₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
