Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer interests and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
• Manage customer interactions before, during, and after their store visit.
• Contact customers to share product updates, new arrivals, and relevant offers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Record customer details, preferences, and interaction history in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the store sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer visits, repeat sales, and referrals.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
• Track customer feedback and share useful insights with the store management team.
• Support customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and special events.
• Follow company policies and maintain professional standards while interacting with customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate/Class 12th pass in any discipline preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, retail sales, hospitality, or a similar field.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
