About the Role

We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property inquiries, connecting with potential buyers and sellers, arranging site visits, and assisting clients throughout the property-buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through social media, calls, referrals, and other channels.

Connect with potential clients interested in buying, selling, or investing in properties.

Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Arrange property visits and coordinate with buyers and sellers.

Negotiate prices and facilitate property deals. Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up regularly.

Promote residential plots, flats, houses, and commercial properties.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Basic knowledge of real estate and property dealing.

Confidence in sales, marketing, and lead generation.

Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
