Experience

7–8 Years in Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor product display, stock availability, and store grooming.
• Manage team attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
• Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
• Analyze sales reports, conversion rates, and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve sales and store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Develop team members' selling skills and improve customer engagement.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong sales planning and target achievement.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Eligibility

• 7–8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
