Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, Tally, GST, and TDS. The candidate should have practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, financial record management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries in Tally.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records.
• Manage GST-related documentation, reconciliations, and return filing support.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, documentation, and return filing support.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining records for audits.
• Use MS Excel for accounting data, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting records and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Practical experience in sales and purchase entries, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and financial documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualification

B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
