About this job
  • Customer Service: Greet walk-in customers, determine the nature of their visit, and connect them with the appropriate sales representative or service advisor.
  • Call Management: Answer incoming phone calls promptly, route them to the correct department, and take detailed messages when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records in the dealership's database.
  • Service Coordination: Assist service customers during busy morning and evening rushes, which may include scheduling appointments or processing basic payments.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and waiting rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
