Telecaller

A telecaller is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls to communicate with customers on behalf of a company. The main role includes explaining services, generating leads, and following up with potential or existing patients. Telecallers also resolve patients queries, provide accurate information, and maintain proper records of conversations in the database. They are expected to achieve daily or monthly calling targets while maintaining a polite and professional tone. Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to convince and handle customers effectively are important for this role.
