Field Sales – Induction Motors

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell induction motors to industrial customers.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through field visits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
• Visit industries to understand customer requirements and promote suitable products.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and support sales activities.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers with a B.E. / B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Strong interest in field sales and business development.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and market development.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about industrial products and sales.
