About UNTO

UNTO is a cab-booking platform that connects drivers and customers through its mobile application.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit cab drivers in Raipur and explain the benefits of joining UNTO.
• Register new drivers on the UNTO app and assist them with onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of cab drivers.
• Achieve daily and monthly driver onboarding targets.
• Maintain good relationships with drivers and provide basic support.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Willingness to travel within Raipur.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed salary: ₹6,000 per month.
• Petrol/travel allowance as per company policy.
• Performance-based incentives for achieving targets.
• Total potential monthly earnings: ₹13,500–₹18,000, depending on performance and applicable allowances.
