Job Role - Client Service Executive
Exp - 1 Year and above
Location - Raipur
Time - 10am-7pm
Job Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and costing for furniture products.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams.
- Maintain client records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Experience in client servicing or sales coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of quotation making and furniture product costing.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and basic ERP/Tally.
- Good communication, email drafting, and coordination skills.
- Pay
- ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
