A Digital Marketing Manager leads online marketing strategies, drives customer acquisition, and manages brand visibility across digital channels.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy \& Planning: Design and execute comprehensive digital strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content, and paid social campaigns.

Performance \& Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure return on investment (ROI), and analyze web traffic using tools like Google Analytics.

Conversion Optimization

Improve user experience (UX) on websites, landing pages, and digital funnels to increase lead generation and sales.

Team \& Budget Management: Allocate marketing budgets, supervise specialists or external agencies, and report results to senior leadership. Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

Proven track record in digital marketing, often ranging from 3 to 8+ years

Technical Skills

Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, web analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems (CMS).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking, project management, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
