Sales Manager- Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales teams in the luxury real estate sector. Person will be responsible for ensuring the successful closure of high-value property transactions, developing sales strategies and driving overall sales performance.

Position – Sales Manager -Real Estate(Residential/Commerical)

Experience – 3-7 Years

Job Location – Ramgarh \& Ranchi-Jharkhand

Salary – 25-30K/month

Educational Qualification –Any Graduate with excellent communication skills with experience in luxury real estate industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales performance along with the respective teams.

Oversee and drive the closing process for high-value luxury real estate transactions.

Ensure sales targets are met by implementing effective closing strategies

Provide guidance, training and motivation to sales team to enhance their performance

Analyze and monitor local property market trends, competitor pricing and buyer demands to adjust and refine selling strategies

Handle complex negotiations and high-value client interactions to secure successful deals

Maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and investors to facilitate future sales

Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations, contracts, and legal formalities

Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing efforts

Act as a bridge between sales team and senior leadership ensuring smooth communication and execution of strategies.
