Job Description – Purchase Executive

• Help in buying mechanical, electrical, and industrial materials needed by the company.
• Ask suppliers for quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery time.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Work with the Stores, Production, and Accounts teams for purchase-related activities.
• Keep purchase records, supplier information, and documents updated and organized.
• Check stock levels and help arrange materials when required.
• Use MS Excel and basic computer applications for daily purchase work.
• Learn company purchase procedures and complete tasks assigned by the Purchase Manager.
