Job Description – Relationship Manager Key Responsibilities : • Interact directly with customers and understand their requirements. • Build and maintain strong and long-term customer relationships. • Handle customer queries and provide end-to-end customer services. • Follow up with customers regularly and ensure a positive customer experience. • Assist customers with various services and requirements. • Responsible for sales and achieving assigned targets. • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
