Junior Sales Officer

We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Area Sales Executive (ASE) to join our sales team at Midazzle in East Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our retail network, driving cosmetic product sales, and building strong relationships with local distributors and retailers. Key Responsibilities: Expand market reach by onboarding new retail outlets, counter sales channels, and cosmetic stores across Kota and nearby regions. Achieve monthly and quarterly primary & secondary sales targets. Build and maintain healthy business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Ensure optimal product visibility, display, and stock availability at retail points. Track market trends, competitor activities, and share daily/weekly sales reports with management. Key Requirements: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, or Retail field sales. Good understanding of the local Kota market and retail channels. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for local travel. Must Have: Personal two-wheeler
