Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers. Maintain effective customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups. Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. ✅ Mandatory Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduation is mandatory. Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in a BPO environment. Communication: Good verbal communication skills; candidates must meet V-4 communication standards . Documentation: Valid documentary proof of previous work experience is mandatory.
