Job Description (JD) – Telesales Executive Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services Department: Sales & Business Development Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our stock broking team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining stock market and broking services, generating leads, and assisting in opening Demat and Trading accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Explain stock broking services, Demat accounts, Trading accounts, and related financial products. Generate leads and convert prospects into clients. Assist interested customers with the Demat account opening process and required documentation. Follow up with prospective clients to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer interactions, and conversions. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth. Ensure professional communication and compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. Provide accurate information about products and services without making misleading claims or promising guaranteed investment returns. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and financial services will be an advantage. Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally. Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with calling or CRM tools. Salary & Benefits Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
