Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Café Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the café and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar, service, and retail teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily café operations and overall staff coordination Supervise kitchen, bar, service, and retail teams Prepare and manage staff rosters, attendance, leaves, and punctuality Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and professional conduct Ensure smooth opening and closing of the café Monitor customer service and handle complaints professionally Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards Track inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering requirements Coordinate with suppliers and vendors Monitor daily sales, POS reports, cash handling, and basic operational reports Oversee Zomato and Swiggy operations and resolve issues Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance Ensure SOPs are followed across all departments Resolve day-to-day staff and operational issues Provide regular updates and reports to ownership Identify problems and implement practical improvements to improve efficiency and sales Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B operations Previous experience as Café Manager, Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager preferred Strong leadership and people-management skills Ability to manage staff independently and resolve conflicts Good understanding of inventory, wastage, cost control, and daily operations Comfortable using POS systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets PetPooja experience is an advantage Good communication and customer-handling skills Responsible, organised, proactive, and hands-on Available to work weekends and public holidays
