Explain car loan offers, interest rates, eligibility, and loan benefits. Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. Assist customers with the initial loan application process. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain customer details and call records in the company system. Follow company policies and professional calling standards. Educational Qualification Minimum qualification: 10th Pass. 12th Pass candidates are also welcome. Experience Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experienced candidates may be eligible for a Joining Bonus , subject to company terms and conditions. Telesales, banking, or loan sales experience will be an advantage. Joining Bonus for Experienced Candidates Eligible experienced candidates may receive a joining bonus as per company policy. Bonus eligibility and payout will depend on experience verification, joining requirements, attendance, and the applicable company terms and conditions. The bonus amount and payout date will be communicated during recruitment. Employee Referral Bonus Employees can refer suitable candidates for the Telecaller position. Referral bonus eligibility requires the referred candidate to complete a minimum of 3 months of continuous employment with SSV Solutions.
