Sales and Customer Service: Greet, engage, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges. Effectively handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary. Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 2. Store Operations and Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. Assist in implementing visual merchandising guidelines to create an appealing and shoppable environment. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure optimal stock levels are available. Assist with the daily opening and closing procedures of the store. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security protocols to prevent loss and ensure safety. 3. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory from shipments. Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits. Help manage the stockroom to ensure it is organized and merchandise is easily accessible. Monitor stock levels and communicate any potential shortages or overages to the Store Manager. 4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve common goals. Communicate effectively with the team regarding daily tasks, sales promotions, and operational updates.
