Collections Executive

Jai Finance (India) Limited is looking for motivated and target-oriented Collection Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments, following up on pending dues, assisting customers with repayment-related queries, and achieving collection targets while maintaining professional communication and compliance with company policies. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory). Basic computer knowledge is required. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Desired Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer conversations. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
