Job Description – Data Entry Operator Job Title: Data Entry Operator Department: Operations / Back Office Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Experienced Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator with excellent typing skills and a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data entry, maintaining records, and handling computer-based tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems. Perform data entry tasks with speed and precision. Verify and review data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation. Work with MS Excel, MS Word, and other data management tools. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information. Complete assigned tasks within the specified deadlines. Identify and correct errors in data entries. Required Skills & Qualifications Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM (Words Per Minute) or above. Good typing accuracy and attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry operations. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Educational Qualification Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate from a recognized institution. Candidates with relevant data entry experience will be preferred. Candidate Requirements Must have a typing speed of 35 WPM or above with good accuracy. Should be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. Must be comfortable handling large volumes of data. Should have basic knowledge of computer operations. Note: Candidates may be required to undergo a typing test as part of the selection process.
