🌾 Job Opening: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Aarya Dhenu 🌾 We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Aarya Dhenu (Manufacturers of Pure & Chemical-Free Khandsari Sugar, Jaggery & Jaggery Powder). If you have a strong background in FMCG/Food distribution sales and want to grow with a health-focused brand, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities

• Distributor Network Expansion: Appoint new C&F agents, Super Stockists, and Distributors across target regions.
• Sales Growth & Targets: Drive both primary and secondary sales to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Channel Management: Manage trade margins, dealer relationships, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Market Penetration: Build strong connections with organic/grocery retailers, supermarkets, and wholesale mandis.
• Team Leadership: Guide field sales representatives and execute local promotional campaigns & sampling activities. Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG / Food Products / Grocery Sales & Distribution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and channel management skills.
• Ability to travel and build a robust local distribution network from scratch.
• Graduation/MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred). What We Offer
