Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

Packing

Pack products securely and accurately according to company standards.

Ensure the correct products, sizes, and quantities are packed for dispatch.

Verify product condition and packaging quality before shipment.

Prepare packed orders for dispatch and arrange them systematically.

Scanning

Scan products during inward stock receipt, stock movement, and dispatch.

Ensure accurate barcode scanning and system entry for all stock transactions.

Verify scanned products against invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch details.

Report barcode errors, scanning mismatches, and system discrepancies to the supervisor.

Stock Management

Receive, verify, and arrange incoming stock in designated warehouse locations.

Maintain proper stock organization and ensure products are stored systematically.

Monitor stock availability and report shortages, excess stock, and damaged products.

Assist with physical stock counts and periodic stock verification.

Ensure accurate stock movement records and prevent stock loss or misplacement.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of packing, barcode scanning, and stock handling.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to organize and manage stock systematically.

Ability to work effectively in a team and meet daily operational targets.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

Experience

0–2 years in warehouse operations preferred.

Experience in footwear, apparel, or retail warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Pay

₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
