Driver cum Field Executive – Event Management

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized, and proactive Driver cum Field Executive to support our event management operations. The candidate will be responsible for safe driving, transporting event materials, coordinating field activities, and assisting the operations team with event-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles safely for official travel, event setups, vendor visits, and client meetings.

Pick up and deliver event materials, promotional items, equipment, and other supplies to designated venues.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event team members for timely delivery and collection of materials.

Assist with event setup, dismantling, material handling, and on-site operational activities.

Visit vendors, event venues, and other locations as required for event-related work.

Maintain the vehicle in good condition, monitor fuel levels, and report maintenance requirements.

Ensure all event materials are handled carefully and delivered on time.

Maintain records of trips, fuel expenses, deliveries, and other field activities.

Support the operations team with additional field-related responsibilities as required.
