About our Team

The Corporate Markets – Pharma group is the leading provider of content-based marketing services to the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech industries. Working regionally with sales representatives, they make sure orders follow agreed guidelines and that no "Rules of the road" products are approved until compliant. In the post-delivery stage , they confirm the customer contract is fulfilled before invoicing, working closely with the billing and invoice team to complete proof-of-delivery checks for every order and give the go-ahead to invoice.

Tracks orders that are missing information and/or incomplete (e.g. missing insertion orders, generic email IDs) as well as orders that failed proof-of-delivery checks.

Works with other team members and Delivery Owners to review root causes of recurrent issues, continuously helps improve metrics and ensures orders are keyed right first time.

Keeps the Product Delivery Lead up to date on billing orders, ensures adherence to an agreed time frame when orders are delivered, and liaises very closely with the billing team to resolve any post-billing queries.

Remains calm and accurate and adheres to processes, particularly when managing high volumes of transactions over month-end and year-end.
