Job Description

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products, generate business leads, and follow up with prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.

Communicate fluently in Kannada and explain product details to customers.

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain customer details and call records.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

Must be fluent in Kannada.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
