Management trainee(freshers)

Cross-Functional Rotations: Actively participate in rotations across core departments (such as Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources) to understand workflows, targets, and operational challenges. • Strategic Project Delivery: Own and execute high-impact business projects during each rotation phase, presenting findings and data-driven recommendations to senior executives. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather structural market data, track internal KPIs, and prepare detailed business evaluation reports using tools like MS Excel and PowerPoint. • Process Optimization: Shadow existing managers to learn daily operations, identify workflow bottlenecks, and suggest actionable ways to increase efficiency. • Client & Stakeholder Management: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external clients, vendors, or internal team leads to align on project deadlines. • Corporate Evaluations: Complete all training milestones, assessments, and case-study presentations assigned by the program mentors within the stipulated timelines.
