Cityflo is a technology-driven mobility company focused on making daily commutes comfortable, reliable, and hassle-free. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Route Operations Intern to support our operations team in Hyderabad.

Role Overview

As a Route Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day bus operations, assist with route planning, coordinate with stakeholders, and help improve the overall commuter experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day management and monitoring of bus routes and schedules.

Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Track bus movements, delays, and operational issues and escalate them when required.

Support route planning, data maintenance, and preparation of daily operational reports.

Help resolve commuter-related operational concerns in coordination with the concerned teams.

Monitor route performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Ensure timely communication and coordination across teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Recent graduates or final-year students interested in operations and logistics.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
