JOB DESCRIPTION - TELECALLER (Grocery Sales) Company: Snamk Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. | KitchenX Location: 5th Floor, Fly Emirates & Sony Building, Punjagutta, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time, Office Based Gender: Male / Female Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers with good communication can apply) About Company: KitchenX is a B2B grocery supply platform by Snamk Hospitality. We supply groceries, staples, and kitchen essentials to Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (HoReCa) in Hyderabad. Role Overview: We are looking for energetic Telecallers for Sales who can explain our grocery products and convert leads into customers. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Cloud Kitchens - Explain the grocery products, pricing, offers & quality we have - Generate sales, take orders, and achieve daily/weekly sales targets - Follow up with existing clients and maintain strong communication - Maintain customer database and update CRM - Coordinate with the operations & delivery team for order fulfillment Required Skills: - Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English - Basic knowledge of Sales / Telesales / Customer Support - Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented - Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets - Prior experience in Telesales / Call Center will be an advantage What We Offer: - Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives - Growth opportunity in a fast-growing startup - Training will be provided Interview Contact: 6303651332 Walk-in Venue:* 5th Floor, Fly Emirates & Sony Building, 6-3-553, Banjara Hills Main Rd, Irram Manzil Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad - 500082
